Taking fine dining to new heights

To demonstrate how great spices can transform a plane meal, Robertsons Spices saw an opportunity to surprise people with a fine dining menu on a low-cost airline known for bringing the fun to flying … but not their menu. After 18 months of planning, fitting planes with ovens, test cooking at altitude and obsessing about flavours, the time was right to take fine dining to the new heights. It was so successful four other flights were booked and Kulula ticket sales increased.
